Suction and recovery of powders in plants with heavy dust levels.
This special-purpose suction and recovery truck is used for fine dust at locations with high levels of fine dust.
Typical uses would be at steel, cement and automobile plants, for accumulated dust in buildings and for fallen ores.
Suction and Pressure Delivery Truck : Powder Clean BYT Series
The BYT series are powerful allies for resource recycling.
To enable reuse of powders generated in a plant (raw materials, auxiliary raw materials, etc.), these suction and pressure delivery trucks recover powders from the generation source via suction, carry them to storage equipment, and supply them via pressure delivery. These trucks can be used as distribution line trucks for recycling.
The equipment uses a separate bag filter chamber and recovery chamber, ensuring that the bag filter can not be damaged. (Utility model No. 2528608)
The bag filter chamber is situated at the front of the receiver tank, and is separate from the dust collection chamber. Dust therefore first is accumulated in the recovery chamber, and when that is full, it begins to accumulate in the bag filter chamber. The bag filter is situated at the top of the bag filter chamber, so even if small pieces are mixed in with the collected dust, they do not directly touch the bag filter, and thus the filter is never damaged.
- During discharge, the partition plate opens, and all of the recovered material in the bag filter chamber is discharged.
- The suction and pressure delivery truck is designed to enable pressure delivery discharge in the dump-up state.
