Summary
- Clean the all accumulation (sand, mud, sludge, etc) in sewer with Vacuum Trucks, Water Jet Cleaners and Sludge Tank Trucks.
- Water Jet Cleaners carry a plunger pump, a water tank, high-pressure hoses and nozzles. The nozzle will get impulsion and make a move itself forward by jetting high-pressure water. It scrapes the accumulation out.
- Vacuum Trucks carry an air transportation pump and a receiver tank. Vacuum Trucks absorb the accumulation into their receiver tank. Because of the air transportation, the Vacuum Trucks absorb both liquid and solid.
- Sludge Tank Trucks are able to have enough space in their receiver tank by connecting to Vacuum Trucks and they have dehydration system in their receiver tank so that they have good efficiency to reduce carry weight.
Operation Flow
1. Preparation
1-1 Vacuum Truck ・ Sludge Tank Truck ・ Water Jet Cleaner
Set the vehicles at lower side of sewer.
1-2 Water Jet Cleaner
Attach a nozzle to a high-pressure hose.
1-3 Water Jet Cleaner
After putting the hose into sewer, set a guide roller.
1-4 Vacuum Truck and Sludge Tank Truck
Attach a hose to the suction valve of Vacuum Truck and connect it to the connection piping of Sludge Tank Truck. Attach another hose to the suction valve of Sludge Tank Truck, put it into sewer.
1-5 Vacuum Truck ・ Sludge Tank Truck ・ Water Jet Cleaner
Preparation is completed!
2. Operation
2-1 Water Jet Cleaner
The jet of high-pressure water makes the nozzle go forward in sewer. The nozzle has impulsion itself by jetting high-pressure water.
2-2 Water Jet Cleaner
The nozzle is winded by hydraulic winding reel and accumulation will be collected by high-pressure water from the nozzle.
2-3 Vacuum Truck ・ Sludge Tank Truck
After absorbing the accumulation into the receiver tank of Sludge Tank Truck, you have two methods of discharge.
- When you pressure into the receiver tank, it is able to discharge sewage back to sewer immediately without lifting the receiver tank.
- Lift the receiver tank up and back the sewage to sewer.
2-4 Vacuum Truck ・ Sludge Tank Truck ・ Water Jet Cleaner
When the receiver tank is full, even though do over the above operation 2-3.
Sludge Tank Truck dumps accumulation.
By setting up other Sludge Tank Trucks, will be able to operate continuously.
2-5 Vacuum Truck
Vacuum Truck with lift is able to discharge sewage by dehydration system as same as Sludge Tank Truck and the truck loads the accumulation into other dump trucks with lift as below.
3. Other
- Suction will be automatically stopped when the receiver tank is full and it is able to suck until then.
- Water Jet Cleaner will be able to be operated until water runs out in the water tank. When doing operation with water wagon etc, or when being able to have the source of water supply, it is able to do operation continuously.
- It is able to do operation continuously by using some Sludge Tank Trucks.
